Distract, distraction and distracted

Do you feel to concentrate doing one thing is getting more and more difficult? If not, good on you. As I feel that more and more often.

I tend to solve easier stuffs and procrastinate on the more difficult stuffs. Unfortunately, the more difficult stuffs often more important.

Sometimes I can’t stand to have some quiet time, I need to have some background noises to bring my concentration. However it can distract me too from what I should be doing.

Sometimes I distract myself on purpose, as I can’t find a good ideas or stuck at something. I distract myself by looking at my cats, or insta related to cats. Or binge shop for my cats. Back then before I had them, I shopped toys or sports related accessories or doing something else.

I tried to follow some tips that I need to establish routine like creating checklist and all, but it doesn’t last long.

Perhaps I should keep trying.
