Thought of 1st Dec

There was a saying, you’ll never know what someone has gone through, so as much as possible, choose to be kind than right.

Someone might be saying a very mean thing or bitter, but we never know what had happened to that person.

It happened to me, sometimes when I was having a series of bad events in a day, I feel that I lost my patience, I just want to lash it out and all. But I also realised that if I did it, I will regret it later.

It makes me learned and realised that the hardship we face will make us to make a call, whether we will think it as challenge and we suffer to it, or, it’s part of learning journey and it’s just a phase that once you overcome it, we will be stronger or better person.

Now I will try to detach myself from the issue or situation for awhile, or find a way to calm myself. Most of the time, it works but there are times I was still upset.

So, when other people was treating us not nicely, let’s try to second doubt them that perhaps they just had bad day and don’t judge them badly. Agree?

Share your way to calm yourself down when you’re upset or having a bad day.
