One thing at a time

One of my challenge these days is shorter attention span. I tend to do small things and neglect things which need more effort to do.

Plus with my “must do good stuffs” mindset, as a result, I tend to procrastinate more.

Do you experience this? What’s your trick to overcome this?

Then, because of completing small little tasks, I feel tired and want to have some break, which is Instagram. And yes you’re right, it’s not a good break plan. Cos you’ll be absorbed more into it.

Another thing is when you play with your cats during break .. you’ll never get enough of them.

I guess it’s a matter of taming our wild mind, it will always jumping here and there like monkey, but it will take effort and practice to be able to stay focus and complete one task, without being interrupted by another event.
