This week is my first week (or half) to be stationed in Warsaw for work until December.
It’s been awhile since I completed my study in Melbourne I’m 2018, that I need to pack my life in a big suitcase.
TBH, I had hard times to pick what’s the essentials. Since having my own place, I’m used to having duplicate items at home and office to save trouble in remembering that I have to bring this or that.
It’s gonna be first time for my cats too since a year ago they owned the house.
They have been away for few weeks here and there when I had to travel or when there was a renovation. But the longest period was 3 weeks. This time, it will be 5 weeks till I’m back for a holiday and I’ll be away again for another 5.
Sad and anxious yes, but I think it’s part of our life journey.
And few friends said, time flies. Before I know it, it will reach the end of the assignment.
I do have cat withdrawal, as I’m used to be around cats and now no cats.. luckily there are 2 cat cafes in Warsaw.
But on the other hand, I have some time to do things I can’t do, like playing games or cooking. Perhaps time to learn new language too?
Whatever it is, I shall enjoy and live it fullest. Right?
