Hello 2023

Happy New Year!
It’s been awhile I didn’t update this space, while there were so many things had happened or came across in 2022. Somehow I was having a phase where I had a short self talk and decided to dismiss it.

I was contemplating whether I should let my thought ramble to have some digital presence or should I just kept it to myself or perhaps just shared it with close friends.
Not sure if it’s the age thing which made me mellowed and .. somehow .. I kinda didn’t want to work too hard or scheduled like how I used to do.

I was easily distracted and at the same time I was easily bored with things. It will require certain level or stress or pressure to make my brain work. Someone told me that some people are high functioning while having anxiety or feeling anxious. But I don’t think that’s the case for me.

One of the few which I was still able to do regularly was posting for TeamCharaCats and perhaps one of the biggest accomplishment was having a paid job for a local supermarket campaign.

While I’ve been telling myself that don’t worry take your time to recover, sometimes I feel I’m a failure or disappointment. Because after trying to keep it up, I will fail on 2-3 attempts. For example on my sleep mission.

Sometimes when I looked back and seeing the pics I had while I was still actively exercising, I looked happy. ha! yes yes, I’m putting back into the list again now. I’ll run 2km every weekend. Despite I hate laps, but I think now my brain is not in good shape to make decision, so having a simple route to run would be good.

The last time I ran 2km was end of last year, then I took covid booster, hence break from exercising for 2 weeks.

See, I haven’t even finished this blog, then I was distracted on what would be next post for TCC, should I catch up with comments on the posts or should I catch up with followers, what post should I do next, etc.

Anyway I shall end the ramble here and maybe will add more next week.
