That’s the lesson this week. As a result, jaded and mentally tired me. Also, I tend to be more judgy towards things I see or hear.
When you’re new to a group of people and you admire someone but the interaction happened one sided from your side, then it’s kinda tiring after sometime.
I guess being part of community is good as you won’t feel alone in your journey. But sometimes it can be overwhelming. I didn’t realize it at first. I keep use same speed, same energy right from the start. As a result, I had no more energy left in the middle of the journey.
Same like running a marathon.
It’s actually our race with ourselves. And it’s *ALWAYS* OTOT (own time own target) just that we always too eager to go faster than what we can because people around us.
I forgot about my mental state wellbeing. So I was cranky for almost the past 2 weeks. Slowly, I feel I’m not my usual self.
Glad that I spoke with few friends and they feel the same thing too. However they handled it better than me.
