Lesson of the day: Something may not as easy as we thought when we do it ourselves, but it is worth the effort to do it. Last week Saturday, my company was having a team building activity, obstacle course. The course is coded into 4 difficulties level on different sites, and there are 4 sites. Green, blue, red and black are the colors to represent the easiest to the most difficult one. So, why is it exciting?

Mind Vs Body
Lesson of the day: Listen to your body, don’t deny when it’s tired, and don’t feel guilty for doing nothing and resting. Have you ever been in the state which you are not in the mood for doing anything? I bet we all have that time. Can you remember how did it feel like? Well I did. I’d like to share my recent experience on this.
On being oneself
Thought of the day: There is only one you, and just be you. Do you ever want to be someone else in your life? I think every one of us did. Does the reason for not being yourself is there is someone special in your life? I think so too. Whether your answers are both yes or both no, or maybe you don’t want to answer it, or you don’t want to admit it :p, I hope you are being […]
Juggling your day
Lesson of the day: when you know your destination but you don’t know how or where to start, it’s time for you to grab a paper, get a pen and start drawing or breaking the task down. I’m sure that on certain point of our work life, there is some period where the pile of work keep coming to you before you even finished tho one at your hand. It happens to me before, I managed to finish it, came […]
Popularity revisited
(continuing my previous post) Lesson learnt: People want to be popular, but once they are popular, they will long for their quiet life, sooner or later. (Or maybe not) In the last post, I was talking about the trend of people are (desperately) want to be popular in virtual world. Especially with the growth of a lot of social networking, people (that I know of, ranging from teenagers to my peers) are commonly active in popular networking sites like twitter […]
To be popular
If you’re following my tweet, some time last week you may find article about recent narcissism trend caused by facebook. You can find the article from mashable.com (click here to read it). It is a very interesting study, I say. Based on that article, definition of narcism is “a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration and an exaggerated sense of self-importance.” And, somewhere in the middle the article states that: The study postulated that narcissists would show more overall Facebook activity […]
Win, lose or draw
Recent lesson: there is no winning (or losing) in relationship (with friends, someone you close with, or your partner) I have a friend whom tends to be late. She’s late to show for meet up, she’s going to work late (though she’s justify it by finishing work later, even it means to work overtime), she’s late to go for her classes, and many more. To my observation, she tends to keep it to the last minute then she will rush […]
Getting our feet back on the ground
Lesson of the week: it’s hard to make a new habit, but it’s harder to get it back. This post is still related to my recent trip which I mentioned in previous post. The trip summary, we had a trip because of public holiday fell on Monday, so it was a long weekend trip. On top of that, we add one more day by taking one day leave on Friday, thus we have 4 days 3 nights for the trip. […]
