Two days ago I saw a post on my twitter list about interviewing ourselves. I read her post and I found out that she and I are following the same blogger (Dragos Roua). If you like inspiring stories or motivational stories, I highly recommend you to follow his blog too. I like the idea to interview myself because not only you (the readers) can know about me better, but also (importantly) for my own sake. The main point of saying […]

Putting our effort on present to conquer the future
Have you ever thought that getting something we want in the future is easier than we thought? It can be our goal, or dream, or how we want ourselves to be. We often think that it’s hard to achieve, long way to get it or we might even think no way I’m going to get it. Here is a little bit story from me, to remind us about it.
Is blogging useless?
One day one of my friend asked me during lunch time, what would I think about blogging. Well I have a blog and I like to blog. The reason is I can share my thought and with hope to inspire others. How did I start to blog? It started when I was on my final year in high school. I was inspired, many times, by reading stories from Chicken Soup books. Most of the story are short and simple, based […]
Missing our bus
Few weeks ago, I was hanging out with friends after work. After we had our dinner, we were walking towards train station to take our train home. We were about to board to the same train too. I saw that our train was on the platform and just about to leave. The door light was blinking, which means a warning for passengers not to rush in otherwise they might stuck because the door is about to close. I turned to […]
to THINK or to WISH
Another short post this week from me is inspired by a book titled “Happiness Now” by Andrew Matthews. In one of the chapter, he mentioned about the difference between thinking and wishing. With respect to the writer, I’ll retell the main point. It’s a very interesting book, I think you should read it. It will give you different perspective on seeing things especially your life. Firstly, which one is more often happened to you? Thinking about something what you want […]
Too much of good thing is not good
Why too much of good thing is not good for us? I’m curious about the statement after watching a movie last weekend. One of the character inside the movie said that. The movie I watched was “The Karate Kid” or “The Kung Fu Kid” (the title in China). I’ll keep my post short this time, to take it as reflection. Sometimes we work too hard when we wanted something badly. Let’s say we want to score well in our exam. […]
5 ways to free from peer pressure
Recently, one of my friend advised me to stay cool and not to be under pressure since both of our friends just started their relationship. Until he told me that, I didn’t even think about it (the pressure, not about the relationship). Just because people around us doing the same thing, doesn’t mean we are obliged to do the same thing. What do you think? Anyway, the conversation inspire me to write about peer pressure this time. Whether we are […]
Capturing the best picture
As a refresher in between some personal development post I usually I write, I would like to share a story. Some weeks ago, I went to a short hike with group of friends. There were 6 of us, three girls and three boys. Almost all of us bring camera, from pocket camera to digital SLR camera (I counted out mobile phone camera in this case, although that some mobile phone can produce not so bad picture)
