There are days when we have sleepless night, either we have thoughts and those make us can’t really sleep well, or maybe we have to put extra effort on certain things that consumes our time. And eventually, we will have one of these easily:
- Slow response
- Hard to concentrate
- Get angry easily
- Fall sick
And of course, there are more than that when you search on effect of sleep deprivation. And though I’m a health conscious person, I’m not a health expert. So, let’s leave it out for the expert.
Instead I’d like to share something especially when we don’t have enough sleep..
1. To be aware
The one and most important part is, to be aware. It sounds simple but it can be harder than we realize.
2. To accept our not so good form
We may tell other that we are alright. Because part of us don’t want to be pitied by other people.
Instead we can see it this way, if we are really on our bad shape, so be it. If others pitied us, it also means that we give others chance to do some good deeds, to us.. 🙂
3. Pay more attention
It sounds contradicting, but yes, we need to be more careful. For example crossing the street, sometimes we may work on automatic basis thus we don’t really aware about what happened around us. Or maybe we make small mistakes without we realise and it may leads to bigger problems, who knows..
