Are you enjoying what you’re doing now? Is that what do you want to do the most?
If what you’re doing now is not what you want to do in your life, how do you feel about it? Do you feel it’s a chores or actually you’re enjoying it?
Well, I’m sure that everyone has their reason why choosing to be in the current situation.
There are times when we make some compromises about what we want to do. For example, we wanted to become something but we failed the test but we still love that field, so we compromise by working as different role within the same field.
(Have you did all the best you can to overcome your failure? If yes, and it’s something fatal that there is nothing we can do about it, it’s fine. But if we haven’t done our best, I think it’s just cowardly running away from our failure)
Back to the compromise topic. After sometimes, we may think that “Ah.. I can’t take it anymore” or “Actually I still want to do that..” Although the thought of trying it again can be daunting. “Can I do it?” or “Am I too late?” may come up in our head.
But I guess, we ought to listen to our heart and make evaluation with our head. We should properly face it and not running away and making excuses.
There is no late in making our dream come true. You have heard about Colonel Sanders right? There are many others example too. And one similar point is, they didn’t run away from their dream and they keep work on it.
Depends on what your dream is, some may take longer (or maybe forever, ha! #kidding) while some may just need a shorter time. But one thing for sure, it won’t come true if we never work on it. And it doesn’t matter when do you start it.
So, let’s work on our dream so that we won’t have any regrets.
