Everyone has a bad day. Whether it’s because of some impossible requests from your boss or colleagues that think changing some codes is as easy as changing clothes or simply everything you do just goes wrong, or because of some people doing simple stupid things that annoys you.
My recent experience reminds me of a movie I watched few years back, Anger Management.
So, here is 5 things that may help when we have that day.
1. Rant it to your friend
2. Blog it
3. Do something that will distract you, ie. Play games, listen to music, walk around
4. Exercise
5. Take a deep breath
