This is my catch up post as last week I didn’t manage to post. I’ll post another one for this week.
I’ve been following Fire Emblem series since I have my 3DS, Awakening and Conquest. And I really love it.
They have Switch version and it is hack and slash game. It’s my first time to play this gameplay but I observed my brother play another hack and slash game before.
I didn’t know that it’s actually quite fun to play it. Especially if you want to smack someone, kidding.
After a week playing it, I learned a few new lesson
Know your mission and sub-mission
You can make a progress to next stage when you completed your main mission, but failed your sub.
Sub-mission distraction
Sub-mission can come in the middle of any activity you do during main mission. You can pause and decide how are you going to react to it. Do you want to strategize it or can you take it yourself?
Experience is accumulative
You can repeat doing same thing, but your experience will be added up to it. That’s how you make progress. You can also decided to take same action which could lead to same outcome, or try to do something different which might give you different output.
These are the top 3 of my other thoughts.
Maybe I’m just thinking too much and taking it too seriously, but I really think, a good game can inspire you.
Do you have similar experience?
