When you’re angry

When either people or things are testing our patience. It’s easy to just vent it out. It’s a relief. Sometimes regret comes after. Because we can’t think clearly. Don’t deny it either. Because you’ll be more furious. Acknowledge it. And say, it’s okay, you’re worth more than this. What’s the big deal. Because there are other big thing which worth your attention and energy more. Be happy! Be peaceful!
